3D Model Print for the Ritz Carlton Golf Club, Dove Mountain Club Championship

by Webmaster

Inspired Bronze has completed the 3D Print / Rapid Prototype for Men’s and Ladies Club Championship trophies. The design was digitally sculpted by Matt Ramieri, head artist and President of Inspired Bronze. The digital sculpture was then rapid prototyped at 6 ¾ inches and 8 inches in overall sculpture height. Both prototypes will be molded and cast in pewter. The smaller model will be finished with real gold and rhodium plating. The gold-plated model will be presented to the Men’s Club Champion and the rhodium-plated model will be presented to the Ladies Club Champion. The rhodium finish looks like silver but does not tarnish. Rhodium is the coating used in white gold. The larger model will be finished in both real gold plating and rhodium plating. These models will be mounted to a larger base with removable name plates to add the new club champion’s names each year. Stay tuned for additional progress pictures as our staff of talented artisans brings this piece through the process to create this unique trophy in pewter.
