The Process
Each custom trophy or custom award project begins with the design phase. During this time our artist will sketch the agreed upon concept for approval. If you don't have a design in mind, we will work with you to create the design that best represents your vision. Once the design and budget are agreed upon, our artist will sculpt your design in three dimensions for your approval. The original sculpture is sculpted in clay or modeled and prototyped using 3D printing technology. Once the custom sculpture award is complete and approved, our staff of artisans will mold and create your custom trophy or award in bronze. Each custom award is hand-finished and signed by the artist. A certificate of authenticity accompanies each custom award or trophy. The Time Frame
Each custom trophy or award design is completely unique and time frames vary. Standard intervals are 30-60 days for artwork, 8-12 weeks for mold and casting. Contact us to request a specific estimate on time frames related to your project.
The Pricing
Each custom sculpture award or trophy is priced based on size, design and complexity. Pricing components include artwork, mold and the manufactured bronze trophy or award. Charges for the artwork and mold are one-time. Artwork refers to the clay sculpture or 3D model/prototype, created by our artist, of the approved design for your unique award. There is no charge for the sketch design created during the design phase. Once the artwork and mold are complete, the per-piece pricing determines the cost of each finished bronze sculpture award.
